So I marched on Monday, and I'm not sure if it went all right or not. There were about 200 folks from the university who rallied and marched to the capitol, so that was a pretty good turnout. And I got to see my state senator for all of about 30 seconds as he was between meetings; I didn't get much chance to say much more than "please vote no on the budget cuts because I'll lose my job if they go through."
Right now I'm just holding my breath and waiting.
Anyway. Tomorrow A. and myself are having lunch at a Japanese to-go place, so I'll let you know how that is.
My cold seems to be more or less better now, though I'm still amazed at my body's ability to produce an astounding amount of mucus (I know, I'm sure you all were dying to know that).
